1. Advance Payment

All reservations are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
Without advance payment, bookings will not be considered valid.

2. Cancellation by Guest

a. Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in

• Full refund of the advance payment

• Bank or transaction charges (if any) will be deducted

b. Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in

• 50% refund of the advance payment

c. Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in or No-Show

• No refund will be provided

3. Cancellation by hotel Apple City Manali

In rare cases of unavoidable circumstances such as:

• Natural disasters

• Medical or emergency situations

• Government restrictions or safety concerns

Forever Hotels reserves the right to cancel the booking. In such cases, guests will receive a 100% refund of the advance payment.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days

• Refunds will be made through the same payment method used during booking

5. Modifications to Booking

• Any request to modify booking dates, room type, or number of guests is subject to availability

  • Additional charges may apply depending on revised dates, room category, or seasonal pricing
